Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that things come up, and I’m happy to accommodate changes whenever possible. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for most appointments at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if you cancel outside of the cancellation policy, do not show for your appointment, or arrive more than 10 minutes late. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a 75% no-show fee based on the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled, and a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged based on the scheduled service total. Arriving late may also affect your ability to receive your full service, as appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests.
